TB-96AI is the world's first high-performance embedded AI core board which meets the 96 Boards Compute SOM specification, developed jointly by Linaro, Rockchip and Bearkey. TB-96AI uses Rockchip RK3399Pro as the main control chip, on-chip integrated neural network processor (NPU), compatible with Caffe, tensorflow and other mainstream reasoning models, and matches with 3GB LPDDR3 + 16GB eMMC, built-in Gigabit Ethernet PHY chip, with ultra-high integration.
TB-96AI is designed to connect with the application backplane through four 100 Pin Panasonic high-speed board-to-board connectors. High-speed signal transmission is more stable and reliable. It also has MIPI CSI, MIPI DSI, eDP, HDMI, DisplayPort, Type-C, USB 3.0, USB 2.0, I2S, Speaker, Mic, Headne, SPI, I2C, UART, PCIE X4, SDIO, LAN, TF, RTC, PWM, ADC, GPI and other rich expansion interfaces. Used to support users to connect peripherals or expand functions according to their own needs.
TB-96AI is designed with 10-layer board. Its mechanical size is only 85mm * 50mm, which is smaller than credit card. It can be deployed to various products in the field of artificial intelligence conveniently and quickly. TB-96AI with 96 Boards Carrier Board developed by Bearkey can form a complete RK3399Pro development board, which can be used for learning research, product pre-validation, and evaluation of TB-96AI RK3399Pro core board.
